After the huge success of his recent collaboration project 'Strength in Numbers' on DJ Hype & Pascal's Frontline imprint, Crystal Clear got straight back in the studio with Zen (Grid Recordings/Flip Audio) to see if once again the old saying 'two heads are better than one' would ring true. With DJ's and producers including Marky, Hype, Bryan Gee, Hazard, Taxman, Subzero, Sigma and Crissy Criss all supporting these tracks on dubplate, it seems that the old mantra has some life in it still! As solo artists Crystal Clear and Zen are both renound for combining big beats with thunderous, speaker popping bass, together their production styles have perfectly combined to produce two dancefloor smashers each with very different and unique vibes. 'Gang Related' is an infectious jump up roller, snappy beats and warm glowing bass - once heard this one will buzzing round your head for days! 'City Lights' is an all out bassline assault, the main hook twists and turns around dreamy pads that provide the calm before, during and after the storm.
